Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing the Vista Tour website or services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services

Vista Tour provides 360° virtual tour capture, processing, hosting and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in the quotation or agreement for each engagement.

3. Accounts

Client accounts are for authorised users only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Payment

Invoices are due by the date stated on each invoice. Late or unpaid balances may pause delivery or hosting until settled. Applicable taxes are added where required.

5. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we retain ownership of tools, methods and templates used to produce deliverables; you receive a licence to use the delivered tours for your business. Our name, logo and site content remain our property.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — no attempts to breach security, disrupt service, scrape at scale, or use it unlawfully.

7. Warranties & liability

The site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vista Tour is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
